A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to hold a vehicle. Full payment is due within 14 days. We accept wire transfers and certified checks.

3. Inspection Period

Buyers have a 3-day pre-delivery inspection period at our Detroit facility. After delivery, all sales are final.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are quoted separately. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Limited Warranty

All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty, except for a 30-day drivetrain warranty on mechanical components.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
